MEDITATION GUIDE
1. Set up your environment.
It can be indoors or outdoors just make sure you're safe and can close your eyes for a few minutes without distractions if possible.
2. You can burn incense and or a candle.
Some suggestions are: Frankincense, Lavender, Eucalyptus
3. Sound (Music or a guided meditation)
You can search 428 Hz frequency sounds or music of your preference but my suggestion is slow and non distracting

4. Crystals
Suggestions: Obsidian, Amethyst, Rose Quartz
Obsidian is truth-enhancing. A strongly protective stone, it forms a shield against negativity. It blocks psychic attack and absorbs negative energies from the environment. Obsidian draws out mental stress and tension.
Amethyst is a natural tranquilizer, it relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety. Alleviates sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity. Amethyst activates spiritual awareness, opens intuition and enhances psychic abilities.
Rose Quartz is the stone of universal love. It restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love. Rose Quartz purifies and opens the heart at all levels to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing and feelings of peace.
5. Find a comfortable position to be in for a few minutes.
Can be sitting or laying down. Pile up pillows if that's comfortable for you.
6. Visualize
What do you want to envision?
What does it look like getting there?
What might it feel like?
Who are you surrounded by?
7. Don’t hold back any feelings.
